Bangabandhu’s Speech on 3D Hologram

For the first time in Bangladesh, the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division of the Government of Bangladesh has made a 3D Hologram of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s historical 7th March Speech. The aim of this project is to revive the spirit of independence among the citizens of Bangladesh and keep it as a part of permanent history for the nation’s youth.

The project has been executed by NDE Solutions Ltd., a subsidiary company of National Development Engineers (NDE) Ltd., in partnership with a foreign hologram company. The Creative Director of the project is Hassan Abidur Reza Jewel.

As per Riyad S. A. Husain, Managing Director of NDE Solutions Ltd., “Hologram is a three-dimensional image formed by the interference of light beams from a laser or other coherent light source. This particular project was undertaken using a patented, state-of-the-art hologram technology to ensure the full realistic experience.”

The Creative Director of the project, Hassan Abidur Reza Jewel said, “The Hologram has been showcased for the first time at the Joy Bangla Concert held at the Bangladesh Army Stadium on the 7th of March 2020. It will also be shown live at the Shishu Mela Event, to be held at Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban on the 19th of March 2020 and at the World Congress on Information Technology (WCIT), to be held in Dhaka in 2021. There will be a permanent installation of the Hologram at the Bangabandhu Memorial Museum in Dhanmondi Road 32 for visitors to see.”
